Extensive experience
My background includes working at an international law firm, where I gained experience, particularly in real estate and energy law, as well as various corporate and contract law issues. I have also worked in a district court, which deepened my knowledge of the Finnish legal system in both civil and criminal matters.
Additionally, I am familiar with land court proceedings, and as a result, I have developed a specialized expertise in land and property-related rights.
I hold a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki and have also studied law in Madrid, Spain. In addition to Finnish and English, I am fluent in Spanish.
Corporate and contract law specialist
I am a lawyer specialized in corporate and contract law, with extensive expertise also in family and inheritance law, ranging from estate distribution and testamentary matters to themes of private international law. My recent research interests have focused on themes of relationship law, property law, and trust law.
In my free time, I exercise regularly and play tennis, and in addition, equestrian sports are close to my heart.

There is no field of law that does not, in some way, spark my interest. More specifically, my professional interests lie in private international law, intellectual property law, corporate and contract law, as well as insurance and tort law.
I also have a strong interest in matters concerning private individuals and experience in the field of family and inheritance law.

Extensive international research experience
I graduated with a Master of Laws from the University of Turku. My previous work experience at an international organization has strengthened my expertise in contract and intellectual property law and provided practical experience in risk management and compliance tasks in an international business environment.
During my studies, I worked as a research assistant at the Faculty of Law at the University of Turku. I have conducted research assistance work in areas including family and inheritance law, corporate law, criminal law, and land use and real estate law.
As a research assistant, I have gained valuable experience in project coordination, investigative work, and legal analysis, which supports my ability to understand legal issues broadly and guide clients toward clear and practical solutions to complex problems.

I work at Versolen as a Business Consultant. I am completing my Master’s degree in business law and have broad experience across different areas of corporate law. My background combines legal expertise with a business perspective, which supports my pragmatic and business-oriented way of working.
